Need A Little Help In The Lactation Department? Premama Vitamins

This post was sponsored by BSM Media. I received a free sample to facilitate my review. All opinions are my own.

As many of you know I’m breastfeeding my second child. With my first I had a wonderful experience and we did it for what seemed like forever. This time around the circumstances are different. I’m feeling stressed and overwhelmed with having to take care of two kids, go to work with a new longer commute, and still keep up with chores and any social commitments. I’ve really noticed a dip in my milk supply. I know there are many products and foods out there that can help with production. I’m also not a pill taker. I hate having to take huge pills. I always feel like they are too big. I dreaded having to try and take my prenatal pills during pregnancy. I just wasn’t able to take those awful pills. Luckily I was introduced to the Premama line of vitamins.

Premama Essentials + DHA is a powdered drink mix that you can mix with your water, or smoothie! Well the good news is that they also make Premama Lactation, which supports breast milk production. Yay! Love that it is a powder and not a pill. I have been using it for one week and already noticed a slight increase in my milk production. I pump at work twice a day and have been getting about 1-2 ounces per session more. May not seem like a lot right now, but my supply was really low. This just gets me excited that I’ll be able to keep up with baby’s demand. And for selfish reasons it means I can have a stash available for when I want to leave baby with a sitter. At this point I was barely getting enough for what the baby needed at daycare, but I really wanted to have that peace of mind that there was extra if needed. I was beginning to doubt myself thinking that I wouldn't make it past my six month goal (little steps). I’m feeling so much better about myself and my supply and hope to see better results with longer use.

To all my pregnant and breastfeeding readers, I was given the opportunity to share a 28 day supply with one follower. So if you want a chance to win make sure to enter via rafflecopter. I’ll choose a random winner in 2 weeks!

Premama is formulated with Fennel Seed, Fenugreek, and Blessed Thistle to help boost milk production. It includes Folic Acid, Vitamin D3, and Calcium for added breast milk nutrition. It's Gluten-free, non-GMO and vegetarian!

Mix one packet of Premama with at least 12 oz of water (or non-carbonated drinks) and shake very well. Then enjoy actually having to take your vitamins.

You can find Premama Lactation at CVS
