Anyone else feeling the same way? Like your stuck in a cycle that you need to get out of?
To celebrate, and keeping with my health goals, I decided to have a few friends over and indulge in some low calorie drinks (thank Cascade Ice for sending over some samples) and not so low calorie bundt mini cakes from Nothing Bundt Cakes (courtesy of my mother-in-law).

Below are some pics of the yummy drinks I made using Cascade Ice Flavored Sparkling Water. By far the Peach Mango Rum Shaker was the favorite. Recipes below. You should definitely try switching up your mixer of choice for these zero calorie waters. You can always play with the amount of alcohol you need, want it weaker add less, want it stronger add more. And always drink responsibly.
Rum Shaker, Strawberry Crush, Coco-Rita |
One bottle (17.2 oz) of Peach Mango Cascade Ice
1 oz of Grenadine
4 oz of Orange Juice
8 oz of Coconut Rum
I added slices of Mango to make it more fun
Strawberry Crush:
One bottle (17.2 oz) of Strawberry Orange Mango
9 oz of White Rum
Muddle some Kiwi and Strawberries in the bottom of glass, add ice, and pour in drink. I topped off our pitcher with some colorful fruit.
Coco-Rita:
One bottle (17.2 oz) of Coconut Pineapple Cascade Ice
One bottle (17.2 oz) of Coconut Cascade Ice
10 oz of your favorite tequila
Garnish your drink with some pineapple wedges and your all set!
