Razzmatazz Family Friendly Fun

I received guest passes to experience Razzmatazz. All opinions are my own.
Looking for a fun activity for your family this summer. Check out Razzmatazz on Chicago South side. The location is easily accessible via I-55, and they have lots of parking available. I brought along my 3 and 6-year-old. The space is 20,000 square feet, with an inflatables section in the back, which can be accessed for an additional fee. Upon arrival we had two options to play. We could get a $20 game card to play the games and reload once we were on empty. This option gave you the chance to accumulate points for prizes. The second option was an hourly card that you didn’t get points, but were able to play unlimited for a specific amount of time. We chose the second, as at this time we didn’t need any extra toys floating around our home. If you get the hourly card, you are limited to how many back to back turns you can have on the same game.

My girls seemed to like a couple of the games such as kicking a soccer ball, and a ping pong fish bowl game. They had a blast playing the arcade games. The games were more targeted toward an older child; I would say around 8 years old. We found that some games were not working, so that gave us less options (but common in other game venues as well). We went early in the day so it wasn’t too busy and we were able to play most of the games.

I was happily surprised by the food. It is moderately priced, and it is really good. I wasn’t expecting it to be so delicious. It was the kind of foods you find on a bar menu. I especially liked their loaded fries! We also got some chicken tenders and mac n cheese bites, which were a hit with the kids.

For a rainy day or when you want to spend a couple of hours away from home with the kids, this place can offer some fun. Over all a good time, but for my kids I wouldn’t get the reloadable card as I’d be reloading that card over and over and over again, I could easily see myself breaking the bank that way. I’m glad there is the option of the timed card.
